$110,000 - $135,000 per year
Associate Director of Finance
This Director of Finance will possess a combination of industry knowledge, region specific understanding, operational and financial acumen and interpersonal skills to drive office and organizational level results.  A winning attitude and the ability to overcome hurdles to support in organizational achievement is required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Office Level:
  • Drive results for key business metrics at the office level by utilizing data and building relationships with office level management 
  • Drive key projects, both operational and financially motivated, driven by business inefficiencies, specific areas of improvement or as determined by key leadership
  • Financial and operational reporting as needed – regular cadence or project driven 
  • Expertise around the state of the P&L and keeping a pulse on what is driving organizational and office level results 
  • Forecast and manage cash flows inclusive of owning collections processes and accountability 
  • Analyze WIP through audit and analytics
Organizational Level:
  • Owner of organizational budgeting and forecasting process and cadence 
  • Develop system to determine ROI on asset purchases and related decision-making tree 
  • Fleet management inclusive of service provider relationship management, cost controls and efficiency and fleet cycling management and advisement 
  • Employee productivity reporting and analysis with annual compensation reviews 
  • Build relationships with senior management, office management and financial personnel to remove barriers to success 
  • Assist with technology and software improvements and integrations, as needed 
  • Other responsibilities, as business needs adapt  
Required Experience & Skills 
  • Excellent ability to aggregate and analyze information from a variety of sources        
  • Ability to determine problem areas and solve issues as they arise Planning/Organizing 
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines while managing multiple projects, and strong sense of urgency and follow-thru in addressing issues
  • Knowledge of Paul Davis Processes and Systems

Education/Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or other related concentration or job specific experience in:
    • Construction or property restoration 
    • Accounting & Finance
    • Operational leadership or process improvement 
    • Project management 
    • Insurance, preferably property 
    • Home services 
    • Customer experience 
    • Other relative experience
Travel   
This position may require up to 30% travel.  This position may require travel for company meetings/events and trainings.
