$55,000- $65,000 Yearly
- Complete reconciliations of Vendor Accounts; including Home Depot, Lowes and other high-volume vendors
- Complete credit card reconciliations
- Prepare ad hoc financial reporting requests and other analyses and special projects requested by management, exercising judgment over finance issues.
- Assist with financial and SOX auditor’s PBC list
- Maintain monthly schedules used in the preparation and completion of the month-end closing process
- Perform duties in compliance with GAAP, company policies and procedures
- Manage inter-company transaction from a holding company to subsidiaries
- Gather audit support for month end and package to parent company
- Complete and distribute vendor and subcontractor payments
- Record transactions posted to the corporate credit card
- Complete payments and maintain accounts for national vendor accounts
- Reconcile job costs and payables from RMS to accounting software
- Assist in the preparation/filing of sales tax returns
- Other duties as assigned
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)
- Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
- Knowledge of financial statements
- Knowledge of finance- related systems
- Knowledge of ADP or similar payroll agent

- Ability to learn and operate our primary finance-related system; Sage
- Ability to read and understand technical forms and financial reports
- Ability to create reports
- Ability to create financial documents and spreadsheets

- Ability to work under specific time deadlines
- Ability to pass and maintain a satisfactory background check
- Ability to maintain a level of confidentiality

- Associates Degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 plus years’ experience in an accounting role
- 1 + years experience in an accounting role
- 1 + years experience with Sage or Sage Intacct
- Experience with GL accounts
- Experience with preparing financial statements and year end audits
