Emergency Recovery Coordinator – Be the First to Help When Disaster Strikes

As an Emergency Recovery Coordinator for Paul Davis, Inc., you’ll be the first face our community sees after a fire, flood, or storm. Your job is to bring clarity in the chaos—listening to their concerns, assessing their needs, and helping them take the first steps toward recovery.
$70,000 - $85,000 per year
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology

- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience

- Responsible for educating the customer on products or services and effectively articulate the use and need
- Monitors interprets and responds to lead sources

- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
- Support the office and company in their organizational mission, vision, and values
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Four plus years’ experience in the following areas (any combination): restoration, military, fire services, EMS, police, medical responder, dispatching of emergency responders, construction, insurance
- Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
- Self-motivated to get results
- Loves working people in need of assistance
- Is organized, but flexible
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Excellent communication skills
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Servants heart to take care of others
- The physical environment requires the employee to work in all types of both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequently required to use personal protective equipment, having the ability to stand or walk, occasionally bending, squatting, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 50 pounds
